To ensure a safe, healthy, and happy environment for all our feline guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies. Your cooperation helps us provide the best possible care for your beloved pets.

Vaccination Requirements

All guests must be up-to-date on core vaccinations:

  • FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia)
  • Rabies

Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required at check-in or prior to arrival. Titers are accepted with veterinary documentation.

Health & Behavior

Cats must be in good health upon arrival. We cannot accept cats showing signs of contagious illness.

Please inform us of any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or medications your little one requires.

While we love all cats, we reserve the right to decline services to cats that may pose a danger to our caregivers or other guests due to aggression.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are by appointment to ensure personalized attention for each guest.

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. If you are running late, please call us.

Specific hours for drop-off and pick-up will be confirmed during booking.

Personal Belongings

You are welcome to bring a small, familiar item (like a blanket or toy) to help your little one feel more at home. Please ensure items are clean and labeled. We'll keep them unwashed so they retain scents from home.

We provide high-quality food, but you may bring your little one's own food if preferred, especially for sensitive stomachs or special diets. Please provide clear feeding instructions.
