Complete the reservation request form with your travel dates and information about your cat.
A Caregiver Will Follow Up
One of our caregivers will review your request and contact you to discuss your needs and current availability.
This is also an opportunity to ask questions about accommodations, multiple-cat boarding, feeding, medication, senior cats, special care needs, vaccination requirements, check-in and pickup, or extended stays.
Prepare for Your Cat's Visit
Once your stay is confirmed, review our New Guest Information so you know what to bring and what documentation is required.
Drop Off Your Cat & Enjoy Your Trip
Bring your cat along with their food, required medications, vaccination documentation, and any approved comfort item. We'll take it from there.

If your cat takes medication or has ongoing medical needs, please tell us about them when requesting a reservation.
Chez Mieux currently accommodates a variety of established medication routines, which may include:
- • Oral medications
- • Topical medications
- • Inhalers & Nebulizers
- • Subcutaneous injections
- • Subcutaneous fluids
- • Certain wound-care needs
Medication and additional-care fees vary according to the service required.
Please do not wait until check-in to tell us about a significant medical or medication need.
Discussing it ahead of time allows us to make sure we understand your cat's routine and can appropriately prepare.
Questions About Boarding Multiple Cats?
Chez Mieux welcomes multi-cat households.
Depending on your cats' relationship and needs, they may be able to: share one condo, stay in separate condos, or stay in adjoining accommodations when available.
Some feline housemates are happiest together. Others appreciate having a little extra space when they're away from home.
Tell us how your cats interact normally, and we can help determine the most appropriate arrangement.
Planning an Extended Stay?
Chez Mieux accommodates both short stays and longer boarding visits.
If your cat will be staying for 21 days or longer, a 50% deposit is currently required. Extended-stay discounts may also be available for stays longer than 20 days.

Preparing for Check-In
Once your reservation is confirmed, take a few minutes to prepare everything your cat will need.
You should generally have:
- Current FVRCP & Rabies records
- Enough regular food
- Clear feeding instructions
- Required medication & instructions
- Veterinary & emergency info
- One optional familiar comfort item
You do not need to bring everyday bedding or litter unless your cat has a specific requirement.
